  Sports Court Manager – Getting Started Sports Court Manager is designed to help organise social court sessions where players rotate between a number of courts during the session. The app currently supports up to 24 players and four courts . It keeps track of who is playing, who is waiting, and allows players to be moved between courts easily. Before a session begins, you can choose how many courts are available and how many players will be taking part . The app then uses those settings when creating the court allocations. Starting a Session When you start a new session: Select the date of the session . Select the number of courts that are available. Select the players who are attending. Players who have attended previous sessions are remembered by the app, so you do not need to enter their names every time. Regular players are shown prominently, making them easy to select.   Court Manager Privacy Policy Last updated: 19 August 2026 Court Manager is designed to help organise pickleball sessions, allocate players to courts, manage waiting players, and track simple attendance information. Court Manager does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data with the developer or any third party. Information Stored by the App Court Manager may store the following information on your device: Player names entered by the user Number of sessions attended by each player Last played date for each player Session date and time Court count and maximum player settings Club name, if entered in Settings This information is stored locally on your device for the purpose of running and managing pickleball sessions. Data Sharing Court Manager does not send your data to external servers. Court Manager does not use analytics, advertising tracking, or third-party data collection services.  Court Manager helps pickleball organisers create sessions, select players, allocate courts, manage waiting players, and plan upcoming rounds. Getting Started Open Court Manager. Enter or select the session date and time. Select the players attending the session. Choose the number of courts and maximum number of players. Tap Start Session. During a Session You can: Generate upcoming rounds Complete the current round and move to the next round Add late arrivals Move players between courts and waiting Swap players using drag and drop Use Swap Mode to tap two players and confirm a swap Track how many rounds each player has sat out Ending a Session Tap End Session when play has finished.
